On Thursday morning, April 4, 2024, William Randall McGrue, fondly known as "Will" surrendered to the will of our Heavenly  Father.

     Will was born March 11, 1981, in Pasadena, California to William Roy McGrue and Pernita Dell Haywood.  He was a longtime resident of Harris County. William was a student of Rialto High, (CA) and La Marque School (TX).

     Known for his infectious smile and laughter, Will was a  caring free spirited, fun-loving, kind hearted soul. He loved TuPac, hip-hop music, movies, all of his dogs, and the Green Bay Packers.

     His greatest joy was caring for his Bulldog doghter Elsa. Young William lived life to the fullest, and enjoyed, above all else, spending time with his family. 

     William left this earth too early for us to understand, but God always has a purpose and therefore we all must believe that Will is still among us fulfilling his.

     He is preceded in death by his parents, William Roy McGrue and Pernita Dell Haywood; Grandparents, Catherine Sherwood McGrue, Fletcher and Susie Lee Haywood; Aunts, Margie Geary,  Lynn Nita Smith, Susie Dowell; Uncle, Fletcher Haywood Jr., cousin, Deshadray "Wadie" Smith.

     Left to cherish his memories are his brothers and sister, Shelton(Nikki) Haywood of La Marque; Christopher McGrue, Catherine (Troy) Williams; his daughter Elsa; Nephews, Shelton and Shelven Haywood, Bryce Moon, Paternal Aunt/God Mother Rebecca Katherine (Johnny) Fisher, Aunts; Brenda Mitchell, Florida Haywood, Mary Nell (Leonard) Davis, Cathy Terrell, Angela King, Nita Smith, Cynthia Williams, Roslyn (Paul) Felix, Lisa Smith; Cousins; Billy (Vanessa) Russell, Dennis (Corinna) Russell, Wendy Russell, Dujuana Duhon, Juan Mills, Tei Smith, Kirk King, Lynn(Trish) King, Russell (Dana) Haywood, Tashonia Strong, Tiffany Williams, Tabasha Williams, Terrence Williams, Andrea Kibbe, Philip  Kibbe, Jerald Haywood, Biastille (Whitney) Haywood, Sakashion Haywood, Edith (William), Alicia Lemons, Karen (Nate), Edgar (Nyoka) Pope,  Yolanda (David), André (Lisa), Shelton, Shantel(Sylvan), Mark (Orell), Robert, Cassandra; his soulmate, Bennisha Harris;  5 great nephews and nieces,  and a host of other family members and friends.
