Richard Randle Shaw was born December 12, 1970, to Otis Bernard Randle and Linda Faye Shaw. Richard departed this early life on November 4, 2024.

     Richard was raised in Texas City, TX.  He attended Texas City Independent School District.  Richard was affectionally called "Bubba Black", "Black-Kat" or just "Bubba" by all who knew him.  During his high school years, he played basketball.  Bubba was a barber by trade.  Later in life, after his health started failing, "Bubba" enjoyed watching sports and movies on Netflix.

     Bubba loved Texas City and enjoyed representing the "Southside" of Texas City.  He loved large and showed love to everyone that he came in contact with.  He would always share positive quotes and meaningful thoughts with everyone.

     Richard was preceded in death by his; mother, Linda Faye Shaw; father, Otis Bernard Randle; and sister, O’Shania Randle.

     Richard leaves cherished memories of love with his devoted daughter, Tenevia Tolden, and 3 grandchildren, brothers and sisters, O’Shay Randle and O’Shawn (Sarah) Jackson, Trina Shaw; Darvette Shaw, Bernard Shaw, Ellowa Woods, Ebony Randle, Robert Renchie, Victoria (Dylin) Curry, Antaea Renchie, Keree Renchie; an aunt, Vickey Shaw Williams and Shelia (Cleve) Edwards and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends; Michael Wayne Mason, Jay Gazzier, Rodney Ray, Barron Greeley, Andre Johnson and KB.
