Mary Margaret Greer Lowe was born July 29, 1945, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, to Izel Rush Greer and Jim Richard Greer, both have preceded her in death.

     She was joined in holy matrimony to Roosevelt Lowe. To this union, seven children were born.

     She was a member of Reverend Austin Church of God in Christ in Hitchcock, Texas. She loved singing in the choir and sometimes singing solo. She created a children's choir for Reverend Randall's church in La Marque, Texas.

     She always wanted to be a nurse, and it was one of her dreams. But she ultimately chose motherhood and was the best nurse and doctor to her children!

     She was loved by all and always had a smile for everyone. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, relaxing and listening to spirituals, music, and reading her bible every day. She was an awesome mother, grandmother, and friend and will be truly missed by all.

     Preceding her in death are three brothers, James Morris Greer, James Richard Greer, Bobby Ray Greer, and three sisters, Annie R Brown, Allien Anderson, Mac Rene Greer.

     Left to cherish her most precious memories are her children: Roosevelt Lowe, Jr., Margaret Ree (Yogi) Matthews of La Marque, Regina Lowe of Galveston, Ella Lowe, Kathy Lowe, all of La Marque, Marie Lowe of Texas City, and Sherry Lowe of Katy, Texas, 19 Grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, her sisters and brothers, Willie Mae Bowman, Shirley R Ward, Velma Bettye Ford, Jimmy Greer, Velma Ruth Rogers, Timothy Greer all from Mississippi, and a devoted sister in law/best friend, Alma Lowe, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and loyal friends.
