“Shae Lew”

     Lorencia Shanae Lewis, a.k.a. “Shae Lew”, was born October 9th, 1991 in Galveston. Texas, to Sonya Moses. 

     She attended school in Galveston and La Marque Independent School District. Shae loved family, and that's all she talked about…family gatherings.   She was invested in her family. She made sure to always bring the cards and the peach Paul Mason.

     Her smile was everything, I keep asking. Who am I going to talk to on the phone for 2 and 3 hours? What I loved is, she’d say. Girl, let me tell you.  I know she is my angel, I know she's at peace, no more suffering, no more problems, no more worries. She taught me so much, till I am hipped and equipped.  She ran so much game on me, I own part of hasbro. But I wouldn't change any of it because it gave the best me the strong bond we have. I love you, my Loren.

     Shae is preceded in death by, grandfather, John Jones, Lana Lewis, grandparents, J. D. and Mildred Thompson, Curtis Williams, Sr. and Kim Yarborough; aunts, Darneisha Alexander and Jennifer Williams and cousin, Justin Ettienne.

     Shae leaves to cherish her memories, mother, Sonya Moses and stepdad, Sherman; dad, Curtis Williams, Jr.; grandmother, Mary Lee Lewis, Gail Thompson and Marjorie Branch; brothers, Curtis Williams, III, Tyree Williams, Demetree Alexander, Sherman Artmore, Joseph Alexander and Darin Artmore; sisters, Alize Tezeno, R’Tayia Williams; aunts, Demetrice “Nene” Artmore, Delondra Lewis, Crystal Thompson, Melissa Lewis, Vera Alexander, Virginia Carrier, Jean Hardeman, Marcella Thompson, Lisa Branch, Karen Jones, Phyllis Jones and Robin Rogers; and uncles, James Thompson, Shawn Lewis, Eric Branch, Leonard Jones, and Derek Glenn; godmother, Angela Davis McGaskey; godsister, Brionnia McGaskey and Kanesha McGaskey; cousins, Jordan, Ettienne, Blake Ettienne, Dominique Ettienne, Michael Gilmore, Cam Gilmore; a host of other relatives and many friends.

     Shae will definitely be missed by all, she put a smile on the faces of everyone she encountered. Without her charm, the family gatherings will not be the same. However, I know she will come make some make her presence known…
