On Saturday, March 23, 2024, our Beloved Father and Brother Larry Darnell Jarmon Sr. departed this earthly life and transitioned to his heavenly home. Larry was born July 21, 1961, in Galveston, Texas Ella E. Jarmon-Todd.
Larry attended school in the Texas City Independent School District. The Class of 1979. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended the Rebirth Temple Church of God in Christ. Larry began his working career working on the Oil rigs. He worked in construction as a painter and also in security.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents,
Larry loved his children, grandchildren, and sisters. He loved to cook and bake carrot cake and barbecue. He was very handy with building and fixing things.
Larry leaves precious memories with his children, Larry Jarmon Jr. (Natalie), Inez, and Shaniece Jarmon; sisters, Inez Goffney, Rosetta Allen, and Gloria Abrams; grandchildren, Larry III, Damari Jarmon, Legend Traham, and Brooklyn Flagg; special nieces, Shae, Daijah; nephews, Maurice, Ben, Davonta, Jairius, and Darian; special brothers Kenneth Ussin and Michael Ladd; auntie, Verna Duncan, a host of cousins and friends.
